Our experience in this field has grown with our knowledge of the commercial property sector and the business and commercial issues that lenders have to take into consideration. Major high street lenders and others have instructed us and we have the benefit of a team of solicitors very experienced in development work and liaising with lenders, making sure the critical issues are both recognised and addressed early on. Having a solicitor experienced in the different areas of a transaction is very beneficial particularly in commercial funding and means you will not be paying for a large team of people running up unnecessary costs.

We have also been involved in securing commercial finance for our clients and acting for both lenders and clients on residential and commercial development sites.
