Buying and selling at auction is becoming increasingly popular – both residential houses and flats and commercial properties of all kinds -buildings with existing tenants in place, bare land and empty premises.

We can also advise buyers fully, reporting on the contents of the auction pack in the detail required and then again dealing with all the legal formalities right through to completion and beyond if you are successful with your bid.

We can also guide you through the minefield of issues that need to be addressed with a process that involves the parties making a fully binding commitment when an offer is accepted at the auction -whether it’s about the money required, hidden extras, surveys, insurance, Stamp Duty Land Tax, land registration or whatever.
We have seen some very sad examples of what happens if you don’t get proper advice before going into the auction process – including the loss of much more than just the usual 10% deposit that is paid on the day -so do speak to us first!
