Welcoming Jenny Bell back to our residential conveyancing team
Demand for our residential conveyancing services continues to grow, and we are delighted to be strengthening the team with the appointment of Jenny Bell.
Jenny worked in the residential conveyancing department over ten years ago and has amassed more than 20 years’ experience in residential property law having worked for some of the region’s leading firms.
As part of our specialist residential team, Jenny’s work will include traditional conveyancing such as house, apartment and flat sales and purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, transfers of equity and equity release as well as providing advice on building and managing property portfolios and investing in buy-to-let property.
