The effective ban on both residential and commercial tenants being evicted has been extended further by the government.
This is until at least May 31st for residential tenants and until June 30th for commercial tenants.
There are some limited exceptions to these constraints on landlords’ powers/rights and it’s vital to get proper legal advice before taking any legal or financial steps, whether you’re a landlord or a tenant.
Please get in touch with our commercial department who will be able to offer further advice and guidance.
