We are a well-established friendly solicitors’ firm based in one of the most sought-after locations in York’s city centre and are looking for a full or part time qualified solicitor to join our exceptional commercial property team. We are a niche Property and Life Planning practice that has seen considerable growth over the last few years. YOU

Our preferred candidate will have 5 years + post qualification experience of:

  • working in a busy commercial property team
  • undertaking a variety of work
  • working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and
  • running their own files with secretarial / para legal support as required.

US

We have good quality clients who require a diversity of legal services across a variety of sectors including:

  • Commercial and Residential Development
  • Business Sales and Purchases
  • The Leisure Industry (including pubs, hotels and casinos)
  • Retail
