Loopy Scoops Lease Acquisition

We have recently assisted Andrew in the acquisition of a lease for 3 Church Street, York which he has turned in to the ice cream shop, Loopy Scoops.  Andrew has had the fish and chip shop, Mr Chippy since 2009 on Church Street and Loopy Scoops is located next door.

Andrew has created the Taiyaki ‘fish’ cone, this is a Japanese fish-shaped waffle, which ties together the two businesses, the ice cream shop and the fish shop.

Loopy Scoops offers ice cream cones, sundaes, thick shakes, ice cream floats slush puppies.

Our Trainee Solicitor, Jade, recently went down to sample the strawberry whippy ice cream, and was not disappointed.
