Guest Walker is a leading property law and life planning firm based in York. Specialising in residential conveyancing, commercial property, and Wills, Trusts and estates we provide a high quality, personal service combined with expertise, knowledge and experience.
Our talented and highly qualified commercial and residential property lawyers work alongside our experienced life planning team who are able to assist with all future care and life planning issues. This means we offer a holistic, personal service for all property, business and personal matters.
Our clients include large and small business owners, property developers, estates, retail chains, pension funds and private individuals. We develop long-term professional relationships with them and become their trusted advisers over many years.
Originally set up by John Guest in 1981, the firm is now led by John Walker who became a partner in 1984. We are proud of reputation we have built since then and pride ourselves on still sharing the same values as we had when we first started.
We are friendly, supportive, honest and approachable and want to deliver only the very best service. We value personal contact and communication and always ensure that clients can contact us directly and, with our offices based in the centre of York, we always welcome clients to pop by.
