The prospect of having to deal with all the legal and other formalities when someone has died can be hard to bear.

In the past, the family solicitor would take over the administration of the estate on behalf of the family. In recent years however probate formalities have been greatly simplified and in many cases it is not necessary to employ the services of a solicitor, bank or other professional to administer the estate.

You are very welcome to come in to see us or we will be happy to visit you. With sympathy and understanding we will advise you whether you might be able to administer the estate yourself and if so, how to go about it.

If you are unable or would prefer not to deal with the process of administration, we will willingly deal with all the paperwork, financial and related matters on your behalf. We will make sure that every minute detail from administering utility bills to assisting with funeral arrangements is taken care of efficiently and professionally.

We cannot pretend that our efforts will relieve your sadness but we can promise to do all we can to help you at such a difficult time.
